- 2nd, Bit Frustrated but fine
You're a bit disappointed, but you're easily cheered up with little effort
- 3rd, Bit Bothered but coping
You might be overtired, but you're coping.
- 4th, Can Get Through It
Today is a bad day, but you sitll have the skills to get through it. You can use self-care strategies.
- 5th, Little Impacted
Your mental health is starting to impact on your everyday life. Easy things are becoming difficult.
- 6th, Hard To Cope
You can't do things the way you usually do them due to your mental health. You should seek help from others
- 7th, Avoiding Things
You're avoiding things that make you more distressed, but that will make it worse. You should defintely seek help.
- 8th, Can't Hide
You can't hide your stuggles anymore. You may have issues sleeping, eating, having fun and others. Your life is affected.
- 9th, At Critical Point
You aren't functioning anymore. You need urgent help. You may be a risk to yourself or others.
- 10th, Need Immediate Help
You can no longer care for yourself. Contact a crisis line.
