The opportunity to study at KDI School was a dream come true for me. I am a trained member of policy think tanks with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Ghana. When I came the Korean Development Institute, and KIDS for that matter, which is a policy think tank in South Korea and other OECD countries, I was intrigued, particularly because it is my area of interest. I feel proud to be a student at KDI School and tap into the wealth of expertise the school boasts of.

The school has the best lecturers, and they hold degrees from prestigious universities in the United States and Europe. The curriculum includes courses that incorporate the most recent knowledge and technologies, and they cover essential research areas. The school has the very best lecture halls, library, study rooms, and dormitories. The management of the school is excellent in the sense that materials and resources are provided for students to study, and this creates a sound and conducive environment to aid with better performance. I must insist that being a student at KDI School is definitely the chance of a lifetime.

My special moment at KDI School was the opportunity to meet a wide range of international students who all shared their experiences and expertise from across a broad spectrum of academic disciplines. In my first semester, I was often emotional during lectures because of the commitment and dedication of the lecturers in their delivery and how they devoted their time to interacting with students. Courses like "Productivity and Economic Growth" and "Budget and Financial Management," taught by Dr. Kim Donseok and Dr. Liu Cheol, respectively, were among the many courses that were some of my special moments at KDI School. And I can't forget the moments of socializing and playing football on the beautiful Astroturf field, too.

KDI School has demonstrated that it is not only interested in academics but also that it has a strong affinity for socialization, exercise, and every discipline of sports. The sports field gave me an opportunity to witness the great talent demonstrated by students with excellent academic backgrounds. There were moments of joy and sadness, and the mixture of the two feelings and other experiences are what have left an indelible memory I can never forget.

To KDI School, I would like to share a famous message in my local parlance: 'Mo ne yo, Mo ne adzuma pa, Mo apiafo,' or literally, 'Congratulations for a good work done.' Cheerio!
