National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC), Deputy Director, drafted by National Administration Examinations

Administrative City (Sejong) Construction: new-city projects with relocating 40+ Korea’s central government bodies and 15+ national research & development institutes, using the public budget of over 20 billion USD

 - Took on the responsibility of constructing Sejong Technology Valley, 4-2 block of the Administrative City to Strengthen the city's investment promotion strategies and external relationships, both foreign and local

 - Result (1): Attracted 40+ enterprises to transfer their locations to Sejong city (e.g. Hanwha Energy, a conglomerate; a Macrogen Inc, a new rising IT tycoon)

 - Result (2): Establishing Knowledge-Industry Center by attracting private investment (140M USD)

Revised Master plans of National Industrial Complexes to be more relevant to environment changes

IK: National investment promotion agency, to support the entry and establishment of foreign businesses by

 - Facilitated site selection for foreign investors & provided relevant factory establishing license services

 - Implemented a tax redemption process for high-technology foreign investment projects

KICOX: a publicly owned company under the MOTIE managing 32 National Industrial Complexes and 14 Foreign

 - Managed Siwha National Industrial Complex, Gyeonggi-do Province, which is currently home to more than 10,000+ Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

 - Collaborated investment relations with Gaeseong (North Korea) and Dandong (China) Industrial Complex to supply domestic companies with better overseas industrial property

 - Administrated National FIZs (South Korea) and made contracts with foreign companies to attract FDI

 - Organized R&D subsidies to innovate companies in Changwon National Complex
