2025 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회

세종특별자치시는 문화체육관광부로부터 대한민국 문화도시로 지정된 전국 유일의 한글문화도시로서, 

한글문화와 K-콘텐츠 확산을 위한 다양한 사업을 추진하고 있습니다. 

그 일환으로 「2025 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회」를 개최하오니, 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

   ◎ 대회 개요

• 대회 성격: K-콘텐츠를 주제로 한 한국어 말하기 영상 공모전(예선) 및 세종한글축제 무대에서 발표(본선)
• 참가 대상: 외국인 및 다문화가정(개인 또는 팀)
• 본선 일정: 2025년 10월 11일(토) 14:40–15:00
• 진행 방식: 예선(영상 제출 및 서면심사) → 본선(세종한글축제 무대 발표 및 대면심사)
• 주최/주관: 세종특별자치시 / 세종시문화관광재단
• 후원: 한글학회, 세종대왕기념사업회, 세종시의회, 세종시교육청, 고려대 세종국어문화원 등
• 상훈: 세종시장상 등 14점, 총 상금 1천만 원
• 모집 기간: 2025년 8월 18일(월) ~ 9월 12일(금)

2025 Korean Speaking Contest for Foreigners

The Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation is pleased to announce the 2025 Korean Speaking Contest for Foreigners. 

The event designed to promote the global spread of Hangeul culture and to enhance the living environment for foreign residents. 

We look forward to your interest and active participation.

   ◎ Contest Details

• Theme & Format: Korean Speaking Contest with the theme of K-Contents
  • Preliminary Round: Video submission and document screening
  • Final Round: On-stage presentation at the Sejong Hangeul Festival
• Eligibility: Foreigners and multicultural families (individuals or teams)
• Final Round Date: October 11, 2025 (Saturday) 14:40–15:00
• Organizer / Host: Sejong City / Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation 
• Awards: 14 prizes including the Mayor of Sejong Award (total prize money: KRW 10 million)
• Application Period: August 18 (Mon) – September 12 (Fri), 2025
