🌏 Field Trip: GKEDC & Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience (K-IT DAY)

Join us for a special cultural and educational field trip designed exclusively for new students!

In one day, you will explore Korea’s economic development and social changes at 

the Global Knowledge Exchange & Development Center (GKEDC), and in the afternoon, 

join the Intangible Cultural Heritage hands-on campaign ‘K-IT DAY’ to experience traditional Korean knot bracelet making.

Thursday, October 2, 2025 | 7:00 AM – returning to Sejong after 7:00 PM

📍 Venues 

Morning: Global Knowledge Exchange & Development Center (GKEDC) - Seoul

Afternoon: National Heritage Experience Center (국가유산 체험센터) - Seoul

👥 Participants

👉 Limited to 30 students (first-come, first-served basis)

👉 Mainly for international students, but a small number of Korean students may also join.

👉 Applications accepted until Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

Afternoon (2:00 – 4:30 PM)

• Intangible Cultural Heritage Hands-on Campaign: K-IT DAY
• Traditional Knot Bracelet Making (팔찌 만들기)
• Led by Master Artisan Park Hyung-min, certified successor of Korea’s Intangible Cultural Heritage
• Learm about traditional Korean snacks (rice cakes, sweets, tea)
• Get special souvenir gift from Nongshim
• Group photo session
