Dear Students,

The Student Affairs Division is pleased to announce the 2025 KDIS International Culture Festival, which will be held on October 24 (Friday) at the KDI School Courtyard. This event is a celebration of our school’s cultural diversity, where students can share their flavors, talents, and creativity on one stage.

We are now recruiting participants for the following areas:

🍴 Food Festival – Cooking Teams

 · Team Composition : 6–8 students (must include ≥2 nationalities)

 · Number of Teams : up to 10

 · Dishes : 2 (1 main + 1 side/dessert/beverage)

 · Serving Requirement : Sample portions (min. 40–50 servings for tasting & voting)

 · Support : Up to 400,000 KRW per team (will be reimbursed with receipts)

 · Evaluation Method : 

    - 90% participants’ votes (from those who taste)

    - 10% organizers’ review (clean-up, teamwork, cooperation)

 · Prizes : 300,000 KRW each

📌 Selection in Case of Oversubscription : If more than 10 teams apply, the Student Affairs Division will review the applications and select teams with priority given to cultural diversity and balanced representation.

🎭 Talent Festival – Performers

 · Team Composition : 5–10 students (must include ≥2 nationalities)

 · Performance : Group performances only (individual entries discouraged)

 · Preliminary Video : Submit a short video (~2 minutes)

 · Final Selection : Up to 5 teams will be selected based on the submitted applications and videos. The Student Affairs Division will make the final selection with priority given to ensuring diverse cultural representation and performances (~10 minutes each).

 ·  Support : All stage performance teams will receive a support fee of 200,000 KRW after their performance.

⚠️ Note: The Talent Festival is not a competition. It is a stage to share passion, showcase talent, and celebrate cultural exchange.

🎤 Masters of Ceremony (MCs)

· Looking for 2 enthusiastic, energetic, and humorous students

· A small token of appreciation will be provided.

🙌 Volunteer Staffs

· Number of Staffs : up to 6–8

· Roles : Event preparation, stage management, guest coordination, and overall support

· A small token of appreciation will be provided.
