Greetings from the Academic Affairs Division!

Graduating students should be seated in the designated seats on the 6th floor while wearing the gown. Awardees must be seated by 9:20 for the rehearsal, and all other students should be seated by 9:30. 

 * Important notice for graduates expected to graduate on Dec. 12 and Jan. 31, 2026: Only those who have received the participation confirmation email will be able to be called by name and take the stage.

 * Gown distribution will be start to from 9 to 9:30. Please be punctual. 

 * Please note that there will be no lunch provided following the ceremony for students and guests.

 * The live stream will be shown in the Lincoln Hall on the 4th floor for guests. If the auditorium becomes crowded, please use Lincoln Hall. (2025 KDI School Commencement & Completion Ceremony) Students wearing gowns must seated on the 6th floor auditorium.

 * Guest seating will be available. Even if you are not graduating or completing your studies this time, we encourage you to attend and share in the joy of this important milestone with your peers.

*To ensure a smooth event, please choose public transportation. If using your own car, kindly park in the KDI School parking lot, not KDI's.
