Create Your Own Student Club!

Applications are now open for new student clubs for the Spring 2026 semester.

For the Spring 2026 semester, KDI School is accepting applications for new student clubs.

Due to limited availability, only three (3) new clubs will be approved this semester.

Students with innovative ideas and a passion for leading meaningful activities are encouraged to apply.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-reviewed basis, and registration will close once all three slots have been filled.

We look forward to your active participation and creative proposals.

🔹 Club Registration Process

Jan. 12 (Mon.) – Jan. 22 (Thu.)	Create an official SNS account for the club Submit the Club Registration Form
Jan. 23 (Fri.)	Review & 1st Approval Club activity plans will be reviewed by the Student Affairs Division
Jan. 24 (Sat.) – Feb. 6 (Fri.)	Club Promotion & Member Recruitment
Feb. 6 (Fri.)	Submit Club Member List & Final Approval At least 10 members are required to open a club
Feb. 9 (Mon.)	Start club activities (new clubs)*

 * The above schedule is subject to change.

🔹 Benefits

- Club Activity Support Fund: 300,000 KRW per semester

- Expenses will be covered within the allocated budget

- Funds will be provided after review of activity reports and receipts at the end of the semester

 

🔹 Responsibilities of Club Representatives

- Actively lead and participate in club activities

- Manage an official club SNS account and regularly share updates

- Keep records of all activities, including photos and receipts

- Organize at least 3 activities per semester and post updates at least once a month

- Submit a final activity report and receipts at the end of each semester

 

🔹 Important Notes

- A maximum of 17 student clubs can be accommodated per year.

- Every club must have an advising professor (Mandatory)

- Applications for clubs with duplicate or substantially similar themes to existing clubs will not be approved.
