공공기관 고객만족도 조사 관련 개인정보 제공 알림

KDI국제정책대학원은 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 ｢개인정보보호법｣ 제17조 및 제18조에 의거하여, 아래와 같이 개인 정보를 제공합니다.

○ 법적근거: ｢개인정보보호법｣ 제18조제2항제2호, ｢공공기관운영에관한법률｣ 제13조제2항, 동법시행령 제17조제3항

○ 제공목적: KDI국제정책대학원 교육훈련서비스(학위과정) 수행 및 정보제공서비스를  경험한 고객(졸업생, 재학생) 에 대하여 2025년 공공기관 고객만족도 조사 실시

○ 제공대상: ㈜한국능률협회컨설팅

○ 제공일자: 2025년 12월 1일

○ 제공내역: 수혜 서비스명, 성명, 프로그램명(석사,박사), 소속기관/부서/직책, 연락처, 이메일 등

○ 활용시기: 2025년 공공기관 고객만족도 조사 완료 시까지

○ 파기방법: 조사 종료 후 연구책임자 감독 하에 디지털 정보, 인쇄물 일괄 파기

Provision of Personal Information to Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey

 [Personal Information Protection Act] Article 18 Clause 2-2

 [Act on the Management of Public Institutions] Article 13 Clause 2

 [Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions] Article 17 Clause 3

- Purpose of Provision: To conduct the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey on customers who have experienced the education and training services provided by the KDI School of Public Policy and Management

- Provision Date: December 1, 2025

- Provision Items: Category of Service (Education and Training Service), Name, Position, Work Place/Department, Contact Information, E-mail, and Address

- Utilization Period: Until the survey is completed 

- Data Destruction Policy: Once the survey is over, all digital and printed information will be destroyed under the supervision of chief research officer
