As part of the recruitment process for the 2026 Young Professionals Program (YPP), the Bank is organizing a short Information and Q&A Webinar.

c)   Insights on the assessment centers and panel interview process.

d)   Insider perspectives on the activities and opportunities during the three-year program cycle.

e)   Guidance on graduation and post-graduation career pathways.

f)    An overview of the YP compensation package.

g)   An opportunity to ask questions and receive direct responses from the Young Professional Program coordination team.
