This year’s Fall Opening Ceremony and Orientation was held at KDI School’s Lincoln Hall on September 7^th to 11^th, 2015.  The School of Dean, KDI School’s professors, and different faculty members of KDI School welcomed with open arms to more than 100 graduate students from more than 50 different countries, diverse races, and religion. It was also memorable for KDI School since it was their first time welcoming fall students from their new location, Sejong.

The 2015 Orientation was formally opened by KDI School’s Dean Hong Tack Chun. He gave a speech to the incoming students about a chance to think about the kind of KDI School life the students would like to lead and also emphasized the importance of building a special network within KDI School.

The ceremony was then followed by Professor Jung Kwon where he gave welcome remarks to the new students on “who you are and who we are.” He later introduced KDI School professors and their field of expertise to the new incoming students. During the course of the event, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the courses and graduation requirements from their own program chairs.
