Prof. Changkeun Lee and MPP student Soomin Lim have published an article titled “On the Economic Effects of the European Capital of Culture” in the Korean Journal of EU Studies. The paper reviews existing evidence on the economic impacts of the European Capital of Culture program and explores its implications for Korea’s Cultural City initiative.
