Professor Trinh Pham has been selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA).

Her dissertation, entitled “Essays in Development and Environmental Economics,” was recognized for its outstanding scholarly contribution to the fields of development and environmental economics.

The award will be presented at the AAEA Awards & Fellows Recognition Ceremony on Monday, July 28, during the 2025 AAEA & WAEA Joint Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado, USA.

This honor highlights Professor Pham’s academic excellence and her meaningful contributions to international research in applied economics.
