Greetings from the Admissions Office!

Please refer to the 2024 Spring admission schedule as below for your preparation.

The new application guidelines is available on the [Information - 2024 Spring Admission] menu.

The new application guidelines will be released around the beginning of July on our admissions website.

Please refer to the previous application guidelines for the time being.

1) From 2023-24 admission, in compliance with the Decree issued by Korean Ministry of Justice, expected graduates from other than Korean or Japanese universities are NOT eligible to apply, and all applicants must fully graduate and hold an official graduation certificate as of August 31, 2023 before they apply to KDI School.

2) For international applicants, please have your academic supporting documents(Graduation certificate and Transcripts) authenticated with an Apostille or Consular-confirmed by the Korean embassy before you apply to KDI School. 

3) English Proficiency Tests accepted by KDI School are: 

TOEFL iBT/PBT/ITP, IELTS, PTE Academic, Cambridge English Exams, TOEIC, TOEIC-S, OPIc, TEPS, NEW TEPS, TEPS-S, I-TEPS

※ The tests must have been taken within 2 years of the application deadline.

※ [IMPORTANT] From 2024 Spring, the English Proficiency Test cannot be replaced with a MOI (Medium of Instruction) document unless it is explicitly stated in the official transcript of the applicant's Bachelor's/Master's degree. All other applicants must prepare an Official English Proficiency Test Score Report. However, the score report can be exempted if applicants received their degree from the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada(Quebec excluded).

4) Accepted students are NOT allowed to defer their admission or scholarship under any circumstances.

Since there may be disadvantages for the accepted students who decide not to register or leave the school voluntarily, please consider carefully before you submit your application.

5) Applicants who already benefited from any of Korean government scholarship(including KDI School) on a Master's or Doctoral level are NOT eligible to receive another scholarship for an equivalent degree at KDI School. In this case, the accepted students must bear full tuition fee and living expenses on their own if they want to register.
