[TEDxKDISchool]

Having been conceived in 2019, TEDxKDISchool is the KDI School’s official TEDx event. This year, 2020, is the pioneer TEDx event in KDI School, with the theme “Everything Connects”. Our theme is a product of ideas carefully curated to reflect the core values of diversity, inclusion, and potentials of our local community, the KDI School. TEDxKDISchool was designed to achieve three core objectives: the first is to amplify quality conversations being held at the school to a more diverse and global platform, yet with a local audience. Secondly, we wanted to document, on a platform such as TED, the knowledge content peculiar to KDI School. Thirdly, by inviting speakers from outside the school, we wanted to engage dynamic voices on issues that affect national and regional development.

The talks for this year’s TEDxKDISchool event have been framed along three broad set of sub-themes: Development Policies, Connecting People, and Virtues, Values & Culture. We know that ideas shape the world, but at TEDxKDISchool, we want you to experience not just ideas, but new and informative ideas, compelling arguments, and unusual solutions! We also have wonderful performances prepared for you!
