2023 Spring KFIS & Gyeongbokgung Palace Field Trip (Mar. 17th)

Dear KDI School Students,

We are delighted to inform you that our next field trip for the 2023 Spring semester will be at Korea Fiscal Information Service(KFIS) & Gyeongbokgung Palace. "Korea Fiscal Information Sevice(KFIS)" is is a public institution that contributes to the enhancement of public finance by supporting the stable operation and management of the digital budget accounting system and by developing fiscal policy. Also, "Gyeongbokgung Palace" is one of the must-have visit attractions in Seoul, which is located just north of Gwanghwamun Square! 

This field trip would be a great opportunity to feel the historical atmosphere(the ancient days of Joseon Dynasty) of unique Korean culture and to strengthen the network for the international cooperation in fiscal information management(especially for those whose career is related to the finance or budget).

- Date & Time: March 17(Fri.), 07:40 – 19:30

- Venue: Korea Fiscal Information Sevice(KFIS) and Gyeongbokgung Palace

- Participants: Up to 28 international students* 

* As Korea Fiscal Information Service(KFIS) cordially invite our students to their institution, those students whose work place(or career) is related to finance or budget accounting will be prioritized for the registration of this field trip, which means that the registration status is subject to change. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter :)

- Participation fee: free of charge

- Remarks

1) Those who have not completed PCR and RAT tests are NOT allowed to participate in this event

2) A penalty fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for no-show on the day

3) RSVP on MIS: Please write a comment on MIS if you have any food restrictions(halal, vegetarian, etc.)

* Cancellation must be made by March 13(Mon.)

1. Go to http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click on ‘[2023 Spring] KFIS & Gyeongbokgung Palace Field Trip (Mar. 17th)’

6. 1) Please write a comment on MIS if you have any food restrictions(halal, vegetarian, etc.)

2) Click the ‘Save’ button

7. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event
