Dear KDI School Students, 

We would like to inform field trip to GKED Center on Nov 13, Friday. Please note that it will be the same program as previous trips on August. Thus, we recommend that those of you who have not visited participate in this event. 

You can choose one of two groups and it is a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we are limiting the number of participants as a measure against the spread of COVID-19. 

 

> GKED Center Visit

- Date: Nov 13, Friday

- Time: 08:00 - 18:00

- Venue: GKED Center, Seoul 

- Programs: ① Korea’s Economic Development (Bus #1, 20 Students)

                ② Korea’s Industrial Development (Bus #2, 20 Students)

                ※ Please choose ONLY one(1) program on MIS.

- Participants: Maximum of 20 international students per programs

- Participation Fee: Free of charge

※ Registration Date: Nov 4th(Wed) 00:00

1. Go to MIS http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/ 

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click ①GKED Center Visit(①Korea's Economic Development)

      or ②GKED Center Visit(②Korea's Industrial Development)

          ※ Please choose ONLY one(1) program on MIS.  

6. 1) Please write a comment if you have any dietary restrictions

   2) Click the ‘Save’ button

7. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event

 

> Important Notice

- Students who participated in the GKED Center visit on August CANNOT participate in this event again.

- Application Period: Nov 4 ~ Nov 7

- You can cancel your application up until Nov 9

- Those who are on the waiting list will get their opportunity in case of cancellation

- No-show penalty: KRW 20,000 will be charged as a no-show penalty on the day of the event upon successful registration for the program

- Excused absence: Please review your schedule before signing up for this event since absences from any of your classes will NOT be excused

- Please note that any incidents caused by not following the instructions of  KDI School will be the student’s responsibility

- All participants should wear masks and we will take every participant’s temperature at least twice during the field trip as a cautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19

- If you have a fever and/or respiratory symptoms on the event date, you may not be allowed to participate
