Dear KDIS Students,

 

It is my pleasure to inform you about the upcoming site visit, The National Assembly of the Republic of Korea & KBS On! We will look around the National Assembly, and meet professor Jin Park, who is currently serving as a president of the National Assembly Future Institute. KBS On is a broadcasting exhibition hall where you will learn about the past and present of Korean broadcasting. We are not entering the broadcasting station, so you will not be able to see the celebrities. Please carefully read the instructions below, as any trouble caused by not following the directions will be your responsibility.

 

<The National Assembly & KBS On>

1. Date: Friday, July 20th

2. Time: 8:30 AM ~ 7:00 PM

3. Venue: National Assembly, KBS On

4. Participants: Maximum 40 (All KDIS International & Korean Students)

- First come, first served

- Maximum may be increased ONLY if there are enough applicants to have one more group

5. Participation Fee: KRW 10,000

- Fee will be deducted from your monthly stipend.

- If you are not receiving the monthly stipend from the school, you will be asked to transfer the money to the school bank account.

- There will be a 50% discount if you mention that you are participating with your Buddy.

12:00 ~ 14:00	Lunch (Buffet)
14:00 ~ 15:00	Meeting with Prfoessor Jin Park (President of National Assembly Future Institute)
15:00 ~ 15:30	Move (National Assembly – KBS On)
15:30 ~ 16:30	KBS On Tour
16:30 ~ 19:00	Move (KBS On – KDIS)

- The schedule is subject to change.

 

<Application>

1. Go to http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click [Field Trip] The 3rd Tunnel Tour

6. 1) Please leave a comment with your Buddy’s name in the Comments field ONLY if you are participating with your Buddy

    2) Click the Save button

7. For the confirmation, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event

 

Application Period: July 3rd ~ 5th

- You can cancel your application up until July 13th.

- You need to send an email to cancel after Juuly 13th, and you will be charged of KRW 10,000.

- You will be charged of KRW 20,000 if you do not show up on the day when you were successfully registered.

- Please check your timetable before signing up for the event since your absence from any of your classes will NOT be excused.
