[2023 Fall] National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute(NDTI) Field Trip (Nov. 17th)

Dear KDI School Students,

We are delighted to inform you that our last field trip for the 2023 Fall semester will be at National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute (NDTI). NDTI has been positioning itself as the best education and training institute in Korea in the field of disaster safety and civil defense and emergency preparedness. In the midst of facing a variety of unexpected disasters in our daily life such as earthquake disasters, fire accidents and etc., this field trip would be a great opportunity to get a specialized education and training for safeguarding the lives and properties of the citizens against disasters, safety accidents and security threats as foreign government officials and private professionals.

- Date & Time: November 17th(Fri.), 09:00 – 17:30

- Venue: National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute (NDTI)

- Participants: Up to 30 international students* 

 * Please note that it will be the same program as previous trip on February from the last Fall semester.Thus, those who have not visited in these institutes will be prioritized to participate in this field trip. 

 ** Up to 3-4 students for each country will be allowed to participate in the field trip and certain ratios will be provided to the new students to ensure an equal share of the limited seats for the field trip. (Therefore, your status on MIS is subject to change. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter)

- Participation fee: free of charge

- Remarks

1) A penalty fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for no-show on the day

2) RSVP on MIS: Please write a comment on MIS if you have any food restrictions(halal, vegetarian, etc.)

- Application Date: November 7(Tue.) - 13(Mon.) on MIS

* Cancellation must be made by November 13(Mon.)

1. Go to http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click on ‘[2023 Fall] National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute(NDTI) (Nov. 17th)’

6. 1) Please write a comment if you have any dietary restrictions

2) Click the ‘Save’ button

7. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event
