Dear KDIS Students,

Hello, all.

I am glad to inform you that the Student Club for 2017 Spring Semester is now available to CREATE!

Student clubs in KDI School aims to provide students with ample opportunities to affiliate with other students through various social, academic and/or athletic activities.

Maximum 20 clubs are available to be created and every students are welcome to organize your own clubs. The clubs which are successfully registered will get the financial support from School for its activity.

For more details, please read the below;

1. Process to create a club

1) Download the club application form on this email and in the website(“Student” → “Official Form”)

2) Fill out the Student Club Registration Form

3) Fill out the Student Club Members Registration Form (It is included in the Registration form)

4) Find a faculty advisor for your club and get his/her approval

5) Submit the application form to Ms.Boeun Suong directly in Student Affairs Division

* Application Period : Feb.8(Wed) ~ Feb.16(Thu)

2. Requirements to create a club

- A club should have more than 10 members including 1 faculty advisor

- It is recommended to have members of various backgrounds

- It is recommended that a club should arrange at least 3 main activities per semester
 

3. Financial Support

- Each club’s activities will be covered within KRW 200,000

- The money will be given to each club representative at the end of semester after reviewing its activities

 

4. Requirements for Financial Support

- The club representative should submit club activity report including financial details and “Original receipts”.*If the Original receipts are missed, it is cannot be covered by the budget

- A club should share all activity plans and results (pictures, reports etc.) not only with club members but with all school members by posting it on the “Club Board” of the KDI School website

- A club should open its activities to all school members to encourage participation of non-club members.

 

5. How to join the club

- Student Affairs Division will announce the final list of Student Clubs for 2017 Spring Semester on the school website and bulletin board. If there are the clubs you want to join, you can contact to the club representatives which will be with the list.

* If there are clubs of 2016 Fall Semester which want to be re-registered, Student Affairs Division will give the priority after the review of its application from.
