KDI Schol of Public Policy and Management (KDIS) and the World Bank Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) invite you to the “Impact Evaluation in Governance and Finance Conference”, which will take place both on- and off-line from October 22 to 23.

• The two-day hybrid conference will specifically focus on the topics of 1) public sector governance and 2) finance and private sector, and feature keynote speeches from Dr. Arianna Legovini (Head of DIME, World Bank) and Dr. Syngjoo Choi (Professor, Seoul National University). The conference will provide a forum for leading scholars, practitioners, and key public and private stakeholders in the area of impact evaluation and development to gather and share their ideas and establish close-knit networks in the field.
 
• The first day of the conference will focus on the topics of public sector governance and the second day on finance and private sector. Each day of the conference will consist of two academic panels with three presentations.
Moreover, one special session prepared by DIME for each day will showcase DIME programs in public sector governance, and finance and private sector. A total of 18 speakers from DIME and different academic institutions will present cutting-edge research and discuss how we can best design and implement impact evaluation research to transform development policy and maximize policy impact.
