KDI School is delighted to inform you that the Second Sejong City Tour will take place on Friday, November 6.
 

Please RSVP via MIS from 00:00am on Saturday, Oct 31. Please note that we are limiting the number of participants (20 students max.) to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
 

<Sejong City Tour>

- Date: Friday, November 6

- Time: 9:50 AM – 4:30 PM  *Depart from KDIS dormitory

- Participants: 20 international students

- Participation Fee: Free of charge (supported by KDI School)

10:40 AM – 12:00 PM	Sejong National Arboretum & Sejong Central Park
12:20 PM – 1:10 PM	Lunch
1:40 PM – 3:00 PM	Presidential Archives
3:20 PM – 4:00 PM	Biamsa (Temple)
4:30 PM	Return to KDIS

1. Go to MIS  http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click Sejong City Tour (Nov 6)

6. 1) Please write in the comment section if you have any dietary restrictions

   2) Click the ‘Save’ button

7. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event

 

<Important Notes>

- Students who participated in the Sejong City Tour on Oct. 30 CANNOT participate in this tour again

- Application Period: Oct 31 – Nov 4

- You can cancel your application up until Wednesday, Nov 4.

- Those who are on the waiting list will get their opportunity in case of another students’ cancellation

- No-show penalty: You will be charged of KRW 20,000 if you do not show up on the day when you were successfully registered.

- Excused absence: Please review your schedule before signing up for this event since absences from any of your classes will NOT be excused

- Please note that any incidents caused by not following the instructions of KDI School will be the student’s responsibility

- All participants should wear masks and we will take every participant’s temperature at least twice during the field trip as a cautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19

- If you have a fever and/or respiratory symptoms on the event date, you may not be allowed to participate
