[Field Trip] 2021 Summer Field Trip-2&3

 

Dear KDI International Students,

 

We are delighted to inform you that the destination for the next field trip is Jeonju Hanok Village. Jeonju Hanok Village retains both historical charms and tradition with over 700 Hanoks and well-preserved cultural heritage sites such as Gyeonggijeon and Hyanggyo. There will be two visits: (1) July 2, 2021 and (2) July 16, 2021. Please note that we are limiting the number of participants in adherence to social distancing. The application will therefore be first come, first served. Please keep in mind that to offer opportunities to more students, concurrent application will be rejected, and randomly assigned.

<Application>

※ Application period: June 22, 12:00am – June 23, 11:59pm (on MIS system).

1. Go to http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

2. Log in using your ID and password

3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, under Training/Event

4. Choose Field Trip for Event Type and click the Query button

5. Click [Field Trip] 2021 Summer Field Trip-2 for (1) July 2, 2021 and click [Field Trip] 2021 Summer Field Trip-3 for (2) July 16, 2021.

6. Please write a comment if you have any dietary restrictions

7. Click the ‘Save’ button

8. To confirm your application, click on the Event Application Result under Training/Event

 

<Important Notice>

1. Cancellation must be made by a week prior to the event date.

2. 20,000KRW will be charged as a no-show penalty for those who fail to attend the event without prior cancelation.

3. Please review your schedule before signing up for this event; not applicable for excused absence.

4. Please note that any incidents caused by not following the instructions from KDI School will be the student’s responsibility.

5. Participant should wear masks throughout the whole event, and in adherence to social distancing, should split into groups of no more than 4 during the lunch & free time.

6. Restaurants are currently not accepting group reservation; lunch money(10,000KRW) will be provided to be used during the lunch & free time.

7. If you have fever or respiratory symptoms on the event date, you may not be allowed to participate.
