This is to inform you of our 2021 Fall Happy Hour. The presenter, Erdenechuluun Jargalsaikhan, will be sharing his experience on the 11 hours of bicycle trip from Sejong City to Daejeon City. Not only increasing cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility, cycling can help you prepare your body to study more effectively. Join us and hear how our presenter has been benefited from the cycling. 2021 Fall Happy Hour comes with a small quiz too!
