We are pleased to announce that our first international alumni gathering was held on January 23, 2019, with our Dean Jong-Il You, in Naypyitaw, Myanmar.

During our Dean's stay in Myanmar, he participated in a groundbreaking ceremony of MDI and had various opportunities to meet with recognized high-level officials including the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Planning and Finance and experts from MDI and KOICA.

In the event, the Dean, as well as several alumni members, shared his story about visiting MDI and they also shared the paths that our prestigious alumni have followed after graduation.

As starting with the gathering in Myanmar, we do hope that more opportunities to meet our alumni all over the world will be held in the near future, furthermore, we want to give a very special thanks to our alumni members who lit up the event with their eager participation.
