[NOTICE] Thesis Submission

Please review the following information if you are writing a thesis.
1. Deadline for Submitting Theses: May 4 (Thursday), 2006
Please submit your thesis to your thesis supervisor prior to the deadline above. Once your thesis supervisor has approved your work, please submit it to Ms. Hye-Jung YANG (yhj@kdischool.ac.kr), in accordance with the following specifications:
2. Items to Submit:
- 3 copies of the thesis (for evaluation): Please do not bind them
- Electronic files of the thesis
- “Thesis Supervisor Recommendation for Thesis Evaluation”: Please refer to the attached files. You can also download the documents from our website: http://www.kdischool.ac.kr/academic/master.asp - ''Guide to Thesis, SSRC, and Research Paper'' (All files for thesis applications can be downloaded.)
When you edit your thesis, please read the attached ''Guide for the Preparation for the Theses''.
3. For International Students not currently in Korea,
- Certain situations may prevent you from directly submitting your thesis to the Academic Affairs Office. In these cases, students are encouraged to consult with their thesis supervisor. If possible, it may be best to ask your supervisor to sign and submit the recommendation form to Academic Affairs on your behalf.
- If it is impossible for you to submit 3 hardcopies of the thesis, send me an e-mail and attach the thesis. I will make the 3 copies. However, this option is only open to those who are abroad and have extended difficulties in regular submission. Also, you should only send me a finished copy of your thesis after sufficiently consulting with your thesis supervisor.

~ May 12 (Fri), 2006 Submission of Master’s Degree Thesis
~ May 19 (Fri.) 2006 Thesis Evaluation Committee Member Composition
~ June 16 (Fri.) 2006 Thesis Evaluation
~ July 14 (Fri.) 2006 Thesis Revision and Submission of Final Copy.
- If your thesis is approved by the thesis review committee, you will be given 4 weeks to revise your work with the feedback from the Thesis Committee.
- You must receive your supervisor''s signature on the signature page of your thesis and return the completed thesis to me. Following this, you must upload your thesis to the KDI School library website by July 14th. Please refer to the instructions on the library website for how to upload your thesis.
You will be eligible to graduate in August of 2006 only after submitting your thesis with your supervisor''s signature and a copy of the Library’s Thesis upload receipt by July 14th.
