Student Club

학생 클럽은 스포츠, 문화, 종교 등 학생들이 학생들의 자발적인 참여로 구성되는 네트워킹 활동입니다. 관심있는 주제의 클럽을 등록하고 직접 운영함으로써 학생들간 친목을 도모할 수 있습니다. 등록된 클럽은 학교로부터 재정지원을 받게되며, 등록기간은 매학기 2주차에 진행됩니다.

  • KDIS Zumba Club

    Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. The more you enjoy your exercise routine, the more likely you are to stick with it. Many people say they have so much fun dancing that they forget they are actually exercising.

  • Human Rights Club

    The purpose of the club is to discuss relevant human rights’ topics. The main goal is to have an insightful and safe place where everyone can participate, express their ideas and promote the le arning exchange based on the background, lessons and best practices proposed by the particip ants. • Through the discussions, students will be able to learn others’ best practices, current trends and challenges, while improving their learning and critical thinking about human issues rights across the globe.

    The main purpose is to have meetings (a floor for) where we brainstorm / discuss our research ideas, classical and resent papers in fields of interests, discussing/presenting qualitative & quantitative research techniques. We intend to inviting KDI School faculties to join the discussion. The main objective is to broaden our research skills and knowledge about classical and trending research.

  • KDIS Debating Club

    The purpose of the KDI Debating Club is to develop public speaking skills of the KDIS students and prepare them for better speech delivery. Debating practice in KDI will help the learners in all oral manifestation in any public field. Debaters will be confident, well articulated, and be able to represent themselves fully with their ideas in any settings. Regular practice of debate will enhance their critical reasoning and enable them articulating arguments in an artistic way. Nevertheless, debating is an art that every KDI students and public workers should learn.

  • KDIS Swimming Club

    Swimming is a very good sports. You can enjoy it both indoors and outdoors. We will couduct weekly training sessions in the swimming pool nearby KDIS and contribute to the mental and physical health of club members. Some members with instructor licenses will help other members. We are going to strengthen the freindship between members through MT during vacation.

  • KDIS hapkido club

    There are many studies that proves the favorable impact of doing sport, in general, and martial arts, in particular on one’s physical shape, stress resistance, emotional well-being, etc.. In addition to these, practicing hapkido in Korea, motherland of this self-defense system, gives a perfect chance to better adopt to the new country environment and to get to know Korean culture better and get more friends. Obviously, there are many more advantages of doing hapkido and each will find one’s own set. As such, the main objectives are to keep ones body in a good shape, build a stress resistance and overall have a wonderful adventure while staying in Korea.

    As contact between people became selective in the digital environment, the need to restore bonds and establish a human network between alumni increased.- In particular, as non-face-to-face contact has become commonplace due to COVID-19, social distancing has become a distance of relationship, so it is necessary to open a meeting where you can face-to-face and work offline.- Climbing can be said to be the best activity to build a human bond in terms of sweating, helping, and achieving common goals together.- It will be fully operational as activities are carried out in an open environment even in the COVID-19 situation.
